These terms govern your use of the mobile application Numidia, published by Majd Alhalah, dedicated to learning and preserving the Kabyle language.
By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms.
The application can be used without an account. An account is required to sync learning progress across devices and to manage subscriptions.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Core content is accessible for free. The Numidia Premium subscription unlocks additional vocabulary categories, full podcast episodes with synchronized transcripts, exclusive mini-games, and eliminates all third-party advertisements.

The exact price is presented in the in-app purchase interface prior to checkout, accounting for your local currency and regional taxes.
The annual plan provides two free months compared to twelve individual monthly payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24-hour window prior to the end of the current billing cycle, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Due to platform store policies, we cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf.
Cancelling preserves access until the conclusion of the already paid billing cycle.
Refund requests are governed by Google Play or Apple App Store policies depending on your purchase platform. Because payments are processed by the store operators, we do not handle or issue direct cash refunds.

Educational materials, recorded pronunciations, illustrations, and the Numidia brand are protected. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; it conveys no ownership rights.
The Kabyle language and its cultural heritage belong to its speakers. Our work is dedicated to pedagogic presentation and linguistic preservation.
We strive to ensure continuous service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Content may be updated, supplemented, or modified over time.
You may delete your account at any time via the application (Profile → Delete Account) or through our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: learning history, streak counts, and preferences cannot be recovered.
Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel your subscription separately in Google Play or App Store settings to prevent renewal charges.
The application is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, regional variations exist across Kabyle dialects, and we do not guarantee exhaustive dialectal uniformity.
The pronunciation exercise score is calculated automatically by a speech recognition system. It is provided as guidance to help you improve and may be wrong, especially with a regional accent, a noisy environment or a low-quality microphone.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
